Bound by flame - Frozen fortress & lost nobility

Concepts done for an action rpg set in a dying fantasy world.
The image depicts the arrival in enemy territory, the border of conquered lands: a formerly elven castle now in ruins at the hands of the undead. I wanted to depict the destructive powers of the ice lords, capable of unhinge and froze a river to make an access ramp for their troops to invade the dungeon directly.
As for the elves and their prince, they are now reduced to guerrilla warfare and lost their nobility in favor of more savagery. I found that the image of an old and burdened heir without a realm had impact: the world is collapsing, and titles are now obsolete.
